MFGE8

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MFGE8 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,192 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MFGE8-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-1318P, RNU6-49P, and CXorf49B. Each is linked with MFGE8 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MFGE8-to-partner and partner-to-MFGE8 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-1318P grouped by MFGE8-low versus MFGE8-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MFGE8→partner) and Y-score (partner→MFGE8) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
