MFFP2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MFFP2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 7,691 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MFFP2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are NIFK_T223, ZNF428, and CTTNBP2NL_S444. Each is linked with MFFP2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MFFP2-to-partner and partner-to-MFFP2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MFFP2 versus NIFK_T223 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.35.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MFFP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→MFFP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
