Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MFF RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,523 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MFF-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MFF_S155, CUL3, and FARSB. Each is linked with MFF in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MFF-to-partner and partner-to-MFF results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MFF versus MFF_S155 in PDAC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.41.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MFF→partner) and Y-score (partner→MFF) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
