MFF

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MFF mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,093 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MFF-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR4F4, SRD5A3P1, and RNU6-365P. Each is linked with MFF in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MFF-to-partner and partner-to-MFF results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR4F4 grouped by MFF-low versus MFF-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MFF→partner) and Y-score (partner→MFF) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
