Across TCGA cell cohorts, MFF mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MFF-associated genes across cancer lineages are PRSS58, TPD52L3, and CABP5. Each is linked with MFF in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MFF-to-partner and partner-to-MFF results are reported.
