MFAP4

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MFAP4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 22,921 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MFAP4-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TLN1, TNS2, and TNS2_S102. Each is linked with MFAP4 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MFAP4-to-partner and partner-to-MFAP4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MFAP4 versus TLN1 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.62.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MFAP4→partner) and Y-score (partner→MFAP4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
