MFAP4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MFAP4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 219 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MFAP4-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU4-79P, RNU6-763P, and RER1. Each is linked with MFAP4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MFAP4-to-partner and partner-to-MFAP4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU4-79P grouped by MFAP4-low versus MFAP4-high in PRAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MFAP4→partner) and Y-score (partner→MFAP4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
