Across TCGA cell cohorts, MFAP4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,519 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MFAP4-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are RNA catabolic process, Nucleic acid catabolic process, and Regulation of cell cycle G1/S phase transition. Each is linked with MFAP4 in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MFAP4-to-partner and partner-to-MFAP4 results are reported.
