Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MFAP2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 46 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MFAP2-associated genes across cancer lineages are RN7SL318P, OTP, and C2orf83. Each is linked with MFAP2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MFAP2-to-partner and partner-to-MFAP2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RN7SL318P grouped by MFAP2-low versus MFAP2-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MFAP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→MFAP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
