MEX3D

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MEX3D RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 19,283 significant associations in total. ACC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MEX3D-associated genes across cancer lineages are CSNK1E, DHX34, and RBM15B. Each is linked with MEX3D in more than 32 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MEX3D-to-partner and partner-to-MEX3D results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MEX3D versus CSNK1E in ACC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.76.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MEX3D→partner) and Y-score (partner→MEX3D) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
