MEX3D

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MEX3D RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,346 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MEX3D-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MYO18A, RGS14_S288, and MMP14. Each is linked with MEX3D in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MEX3D-to-partner and partner-to-MEX3D results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MEX3D versus MYO18A in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of -0.37.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MEX3D→partner) and Y-score (partner→MEX3D) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
