MEX3D

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MEX3D protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,659 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MEX3D-associated genes across cancer lineages are CNN2, ZNF528-AS1, and MYO1B. Each is linked with MEX3D in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MEX3D-to-partner and partner-to-MEX3D results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MEX3D versus CNN2 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.41.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MEX3D→partner) and Y-score (partner→MEX3D) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
