Across TCGA patient cohorts, MEX3D mutation is significantly associated with the immune_cell of many other genes, with 3 significant associations in total. COAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MEX3D-associated genes across cancer lineages are Plasma cells, MPP, and Endothelial cells. Each is linked with MEX3D in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MEX3D-to-partner and partner-to-MEX3D results are reported.
