Across TCGA cell cohorts, MEX3D RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,517 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MEX3D-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Mitotic chromosome condensation, Positive regulation of anaphase-promoting complex-dependent catabolic process, and Regulation of protein localization to chromatin. Each is linked with MEX3D in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MEX3D-to-partner and partner-to-MEX3D results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Mitotic chromosome condensation grouped by MEX3D-low versus MEX3D-high in BONE.
