MEX3C

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MEX3C RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,868 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MEX3C-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SMAD4, VPS4B, and NARS1. Each is linked with MEX3C in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MEX3C-to-partner and partner-to-MEX3C results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MEX3C versus SMAD4 in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.47.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MEX3C→partner) and Y-score (partner→MEX3C) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
