Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MEX3C protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,789 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MEX3C-associated genes across cancer lineages are LHFPL1, PBX1-AS1, and NES. Each is linked with MEX3C in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MEX3C-to-partner and partner-to-MEX3C results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MEX3C versus LHFPL1 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of -0.41.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MEX3C→partner) and Y-score (partner→MEX3C) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
