MEX3C

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MEX3C mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,406 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MEX3C-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU7-90P, MTND5P41, and SLC20A1P3. Each is linked with MEX3C in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MEX3C-to-partner and partner-to-MEX3C results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU7-90P grouped by MEX3C-low versus MEX3C-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MEX3C→partner) and Y-score (partner→MEX3C) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
