Across TCGA cell cohorts, MEX3C RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,281 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MEX3C-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Left ventricular cardiac muscle tissue morphogenesis, Peptidyl-serine phosphorylation, and Negative regulation of intracellular steroid hormone receptor signaling pathway. Each is linked with MEX3C in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MEX3C-to-partner and partner-to-MEX3C results are reported.
