Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MEX3B RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,873 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MEX3B-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CEP170, DBN1, and DPYSL3. Each is linked with MEX3B in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MEX3B-to-partner and partner-to-MEX3B results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MEX3B versus CEP170 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.42.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MEX3B→partner) and Y-score (partner→MEX3B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
