MEX3B

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MEX3B mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 70 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MEX3B-associated genes across cancer lineages are Notch1, Annexin_VII, and Cyclin-E2. Each is linked with MEX3B in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MEX3B-to-partner and partner-to-MEX3B results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Notch1 grouped by MEX3B-low versus MEX3B-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MEX3B→partner) and Y-score (partner→MEX3B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
