Across TCGA cell cohorts, MEX3B RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,157 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MEX3B-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Transcription initiation at RNA polymerase II promoter, Regulation of nucleotide-excision repair, and DNA-templated transcription initiation. Each is linked with MEX3B in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MEX3B-to-partner and partner-to-MEX3B results are reported.
