METTL8

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, METTL8 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,150 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible METTL8-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SSB, NOL6, and TLK1. Each is linked with METTL8 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both METTL8-to-partner and partner-to-METTL8 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, METTL8 versus SSB in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.40.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (METTL8→partner) and Y-score (partner→METTL8) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
