Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, METTL7B mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 518 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible METTL7B-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNA5SP100, RNU6-1313P, and MIR4510. Each is linked with METTL7B in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both METTL7B-to-partner and partner-to-METTL7B results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNA5SP100 grouped by METTL7B-low versus METTL7B-high in BRCA.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (METTL7B→partner) and Y-score (partner→METTL7B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
