METTL3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, METTL3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 18,903 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible METTL3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SSRP1, SUPT16H, and ZC3H14. Each is linked with METTL3 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both METTL3-to-partner and partner-to-METTL3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, METTL3 versus SSRP1 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.51.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (METTL3→partner) and Y-score (partner→METTL3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
