Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, METTL3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,651 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible METTL3-associated genes across cancer lineages are APEX1, DCAF11, and TTC5. Each is linked with METTL3 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both METTL3-to-partner and partner-to-METTL3 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, METTL3 versus APEX1 in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.37.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (METTL3→partner) and Y-score (partner→METTL3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
