METTL3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, METTL3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,093 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible METTL3-associated genes across cancer lineages are FCGBP, SMG1P7, and MIR3135A. Each is linked with METTL3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both METTL3-to-partner and partner-to-METTL3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, FCGBP grouped by METTL3-low versus METTL3-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (METTL3→partner) and Y-score (partner→METTL3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
