METTL2A

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, METTL2A RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 17,630 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible METTL2A-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TK1, UBE2O, and BPTF. Each is linked with METTL2A in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both METTL2A-to-partner and partner-to-METTL2A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, METTL2A versus TK1 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.34.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (METTL2A→partner) and Y-score (partner→METTL2A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
