METTL26

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, METTL26 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,682 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible METTL26-associated proteins across cancer lineages are STUB1_S19, JPT2, and STUB1. Each is linked with METTL26 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both METTL26-to-partner and partner-to-METTL26 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, METTL26 versus STUB1_S19 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.42.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (METTL26→partner) and Y-score (partner→METTL26) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
