Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, METTL26 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 16,408 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible METTL26-associated genes across cancer lineages are CIAO3, AHNAK, and CDK15. Each is linked with METTL26 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both METTL26-to-partner and partner-to-METTL26 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, METTL26 versus CIAO3 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.33.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (METTL26→partner) and Y-score (partner→METTL26) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
