Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, METTL25 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,701 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible METTL25-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNA5SP369, HNRNPA1P24, and BNIP3P6. Each is linked with METTL25 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both METTL25-to-partner and partner-to-METTL25 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNA5SP369 grouped by METTL25-low versus METTL25-high in SKCM.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (METTL25→partner) and Y-score (partner→METTL25) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
