METTL24

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, METTL24 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,267 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible METTL24-associated genes across cancer lineages are EIF4EBP2P1, DDX3P3, and OR5AL2P. Each is linked with METTL24 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both METTL24-to-partner and partner-to-METTL24 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, EIF4EBP2P1 grouped by METTL24-low versus METTL24-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (METTL24→partner) and Y-score (partner→METTL24) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
