Across TCGA cell cohorts, METTL24 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 1,396 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible METTL24-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Transcription-dependent tethering of RNA polymerase II gene DNA at nuclear periphery, Regulation of cytoplasmic translation, and Mitotic cell cycle phase transition. Each is linked with METTL24 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both METTL24-to-partner and partner-to-METTL24 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Transcription-dependent tethering of RNA polymerase II gene DNA at nuclear periphery grouped by METTL24-low versus METTL24-high in LUNG_SCLC.
