Cross-omicsRNA → MUTATIONPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, METTL22 RNA expression is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 10,946 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible METTL22-associated genes across cancer lineages are TP53, F13B, and XIRP2. Each is linked with METTL22 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both METTL22-to-partner and partner-to-METTL22 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TP53 grouped by METTL22-low versus METTL22-high in LIHC.
RNA expression associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (METTL22→partner) and Y-score (partner→METTL22) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
