Across TCGA cell cohorts, METTL22 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,972 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible METTL22-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Calcium-independent cell-matrix adhesion, RNA catabolic process, and RNA destabilization. Each is linked with METTL22 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both METTL22-to-partner and partner-to-METTL22 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Calcium-independent cell-matrix adhesion grouped by METTL22-low versus METTL22-high in OESOPHAGUS.
