Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, METTL21C RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,603 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible METTL21C-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MAPK6_S189, CAST_S499, and AZU1. Each is linked with METTL21C in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both METTL21C-to-partner and partner-to-METTL21C results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, METTL21C versus MAPK6_S189 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of -0.27.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (METTL21C→partner) and Y-score (partner→METTL21C) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
