Across TCGA cell cohorts, METTL21C RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 206 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible METTL21C-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Synaptic vesicle fusion to presynaptic active zone membrane, Vesicle fusion to plasma membrane, and Regulation of RNA polymerase II transcription preinitiation complex assembly. Each is linked with METTL21C in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both METTL21C-to-partner and partner-to-METTL21C results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Synaptic vesicle fusion to presynaptic active zone membrane grouped by METTL21C-low versus METTL21C-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.
