Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, METTL21AP1 RNA is linked to patient survival in 14 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated METTL21AP1 data layer.
The strongest signal is observed in lymphoid neoplasm diffuse large b-cell lymphoma (DLBC), where higher METTL21AP1 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated METTL21AP1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as BLCA and LUSC show a favorable association.
DLBC, READ, and BLCA are the cancer types where METTL21AP1 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.

Ranked by sampling consensus. AUC1 and AUC2 indicate survival in the high- and low-expression groups, respectively; the lower AUC marks the poorer-surviving group. p-values are from the log-rank test.
