Across TCGA cell cohorts, METTL18 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,729 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible METTL18-associated genes across cancer lineages are TIPRL, C1orf112, and TADA1. Each is linked with METTL18 in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both METTL18-to-partner and partner-to-METTL18 results are reported.
