Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, METTL17 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,167 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible METTL17-associated genes across cancer lineages are CKS2, DLGAP5, and CDC25C. Each is linked with METTL17 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both METTL17-to-partner and partner-to-METTL17 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, METTL17 versus CKS2 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.36.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (METTL17→partner) and Y-score (partner→METTL17) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
