Across TCGA cell cohorts, METTL17 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,780 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible METTL17-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are DNA-templated DNA replication maintenance of fidelity, Endothelial to hematopoietic transition, and DNA replication proofreading. Each is linked with METTL17 in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both METTL17-to-partner and partner-to-METTL17 results are reported.
