Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, METTL17 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13 significant associations in total. CNS shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible METTL17-associated genes across cancer lineages are CNPY1, LRRC53, and SELP. Each is linked with METTL17 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both METTL17-to-partner and partner-to-METTL17 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CNPY1 grouped by METTL17-low versus METTL17-high in CNS.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (METTL17→partner) and Y-score (partner→METTL17) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
