Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, METTL16 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,088 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible METTL16-associated genes across cancer lineages are SRR, RPAIN, and PRPSAP2. Each is linked with METTL16 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both METTL16-to-partner and partner-to-METTL16 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, METTL16 versus SRR in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.34.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (METTL16→partner) and Y-score (partner→METTL16) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
