Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, METTL15 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 20,860 significant associations in total. ACC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible METTL15-associated genes across cancer lineages are USP47, DNAJC24, and ZNF24. Each is linked with METTL15 in more than 33 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both METTL15-to-partner and partner-to-METTL15 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, METTL15 versus USP47 in UVM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.93.
RNA expression associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (METTL15→partner) and Y-score (partner→METTL15) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
