Across TCGA patient cohorts, METTL15 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,266 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible METTL15-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TSG101, C11orf58, and DBI_Y29. Each is linked with METTL15 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both METTL15-to-partner and partner-to-METTL15 results are reported.
