Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, METTL15 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,484 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible METTL15-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR1261, LINC02438, and TAF15. Each is linked with METTL15 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both METTL15-to-partner and partner-to-METTL15 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR1261 grouped by METTL15-low versus METTL15-high in LUAD.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (METTL15→partner) and Y-score (partner→METTL15) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
