Across TCGA patient cohorts, METTL15 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 15 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible METTL15-associated genes across cancer lineages are JNK2, PCNA, and Gab2. Each is linked with METTL15 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both METTL15-to-partner and partner-to-METTL15 results are reported.
