Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, METTL15 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,044 significant associations in total. UPPER_AERODIGESTIVE_TRACT shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible METTL15-associated genes across cancer lineages are KIF18A, LIN7C, and COPB1. Each is linked with METTL15 in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both METTL15-to-partner and partner-to-METTL15 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, METTL15 versus KIF18A in LUNG_NSCLC_LUSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.74.
RNA expression associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (METTL15→partner) and Y-score (partner→METTL15) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
