Across TCGA cell cohorts, METTL15 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,884 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible METTL15-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Mitochondrial small ribosomal subunit assembly, Protein localization to cilium, and Nucleotide-excision repair, DNA gap filling. Each is linked with METTL15 in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both METTL15-to-partner and partner-to-METTL15 results are reported.
