Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, METTL1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,113 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible METTL1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are XPOT, RBM19, and UTP3. Each is linked with METTL1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both METTL1-to-partner and partner-to-METTL1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, METTL1 versus XPOT in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.70.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (METTL1→partner) and Y-score (partner→METTL1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
