METRNL

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, METRNL mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 976 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible METRNL-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-601P, RN7SL369P, and TRAJ27. Each is linked with METRNL in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both METRNL-to-partner and partner-to-METRNL results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-601P grouped by METRNL-low versus METRNL-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (METRNL→partner) and Y-score (partner→METRNL) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
